How do I start a fundraiser?

Create an account, then visit Start a fundraiser. Add a title, story, goal, and image, and publish in a few minutes.

How much does it cost?

Creating a fundraiser is free. Wenkendi charges a 4% platform fee on successful donations. Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply separately.

How do payouts work?

Donations are processed through Stripe. Funds settle to your connected payout account on Stripe's standard schedule.

For donors

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Wenkendi never stores your full card number.

Can I get a refund?

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a campaign is fraudulent, report it to troyalespecimen@gmail.com or call (940) 263-1116 and we will investigate.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Most donations on Wenkendi are personal gifts and are not tax-deductible. Consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
