Community Guidelines

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wenkendi, or have verifiable parental or legal-guardian permission where permitted by law. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the account.

Anti-fraud

Wenkendi reserves the right to review, suspend, remove, investigate, or report campaigns that appear fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful. We may share information with law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

Be honest

Represent yourself, your cause, and your need truthfully. Do not exaggerate circumstances, fabricate stories, or misuse donations.

Respect others

Do not post content that harasses, threatens, or demeans any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Prohibited activities

• No fraud or scams
• No money laundering
• No illegal fundraising
• No terrorist financing
• No hate speech
• No harmful or deceptive activities
• No impersonation of individuals, companies, charities, or organizations
• No firearms, weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods
• No sexually explicit content

Intellectual property

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not post copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected material belonging to others without authorization. Wenkendi respects intellectual property rights and may remove content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.

Video content

Wenkendi reserves the sole right, at its discretion, to review, hide, disable, or permanently remove any video that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, intellectual property rights, or platform policies. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted content, impersonation, misleading or fraudulent material, explicit content, harassment, or any content deemed inappropriate for the Wenkendi community.

To help protect our users and maintain the integrity of the platform, Wenkendi may remove such content without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of the associated fundraiser or user account.

Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it to troyalespecimen@gmail.com or (940) 263-1116. We review reports and may suspend, remove, or investigate accounts or campaigns at our sole discretion.
