• Donation information: donor name, email, donation amount, and message. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by Wenkendi.
• Technical information: device, browser, IP address, and usage data needed to operate the platform.

• To operate, secure, and improve the platform
• To process donations and pay out funds to organizers via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (receipts, donation notifications, account changes)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers) strictly as needed to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Donor privacy

Donor email addresses and other private contact details are not displayed publicly. Campaign organizers can see the donor name, amount, and message associated with their own campaign.

Your choices

• You can update your account information at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting troyalespecimen@gmail.com or calling (940) 263-1116.
• Some information may be retained as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please protect your credentials and report suspicious activity.

Children

Wenkendi is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).
