Reporting a violation

If you believe that content on Wenkendi infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please email troyalespecimen@gmail.com or call (940) 263-1116 with the information below. We review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the reported content while we investigate.

What to include

• Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the work or trademark you own (registration number where applicable).
• The URL of the campaign, comment, image, or page on Wenkendi that contains the allegedly infringing material.
• A clear description of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Wenkendi may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are the subject of repeated infringement notices.

False claims

Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may result in legal liability. Please consult an attorney if you are unsure whether the content infringes your rights.
