Payout Policy

Donations

Donate $10 or more to support this fundraiser.

• Minimum donation amount: $10.
• No maximum donation amount — donors may contribute any amount equal to or greater than $10.
• Suggested amounts: $10, $25, $50, $100, $150, $250, $500, $1,000, or a custom amount.
• Donation amounts are selected by the donor at checkout.
• Wenkendi does not impose a maximum donation limit. Donors may contribute any amount permitted by applicable laws, payment processor requirements, and fraud prevention controls.

Payout schedule

• Donations are processed immediately at checkout via Stripe.
• Funds are held in Pending status for 14 days for fraud prevention, security review, chargeback monitoring, and compliance purposes.
• After the 14-day holding period, eligible funds become Available for Withdrawal, net of Wenkendi's 4% platform fee and Stripe processing fees.
• Fundraiser owners may request withdrawals once they have at least $25 available.

Identity verification

Identity verification may be required before funds are released. Verification helps protect donors, beneficiaries, and the platform from fraud.

Right to hold, review, or reverse funds

Wenkendi reserves the right to delay, review, suspend, deny, or reverse payouts when necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, donor protection, or platform security.

Dashboard categories

• Total Raised — lifetime donations received for your fundraiser.
• Pending Balance — funds still inside the 14-day holding period.
• Available Balance — funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing Withdrawals — approved payouts currently in transit.
• Paid Withdrawals — completed payouts that have been delivered.
